Abir Ghanem-Larson is a lawyer with a PhD in International Criminal Law. She’s been a member of the Beirut Bar since 2002. She’s also a journalist for the Al-Hayat newspaper, published in France, Lebanon and the United Kingdom. She’s authored numerous articles on Islam in France and on Arab writers in exile. She’s taught administrative law and constitutional law at French and Lebanese universities, and has translated the entire French Civil Code into Arabic.
